Seat Review: Wow, well what can I say about these seats?? Apart from they were possibly the best seats I’ve ever had in any show I’ve ever seen. The stage isn’t high in the Savoy so I could see everything, even the dogs! Also, the perks of sitting front row is that the eye contact I got with the cast was phenomenal and that I don’t think I will ever, ever experience anything like that ever again.
Price: £25 (Lottery)
Visit number: 2 (Hopefully out of 100′s)
Rating out of 10: 9
Recommend: Definitely, there seemed to be a lot of older guys in the audience enjoying themselves
and laughing along as well!
Describe it in 5 words: Sassy, Sharp, Camp, Brilliant, Clever
George’s Review:
When I entered the lottery, I immediately saw that Sheridan Smith wasn’t on that day and was in two minds of whether I actually wanted to see the show, but OMIGOD I couldn’t have been more wrong. Amy Lennox came straight on the stage and you could see she was really giving it her all and her riffing was out of this world. She really made the occastion special and you could see she was giving it everything. Even at stage door she didn’t mind having her photo taken with me (see above) and signing a few bits, bless her! Another cast member that deserves a lot of credit is Chris Ellis-Stanton, he was fab in the show, even if him and Jill were laughing at me because I wolf-whistled him. And they both couldn’t stop laughing during Legally Blonde remix. But also, at stage door, he seemed to not mind giving a lot of time to his fans and signed everything I had, even though I hadn’t asked him too! He just asked if I wanted them done as well. All the rest of the cast were fab, But these two just really stood out!
Thanks George for that great review. Has anyone else seen any of the Legally Blonde understudies? What do you think of them?
